RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kottage Kulture, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes, you may need to make changes to your order. Therefore, we offer an exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy details.

EXCHANGE ONLY

• As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer exchanges for products purchased from our store.
• Please note that we don’t have refund and return policy as of now.
• For exchange customer need to ship the article back to us at our head office   KOTTAGE KULTURE OPPOSITE PAINT SHOP SUBASH ROAD FALNA RAJASTHAN 306116 within 7 days in ITS ORIGINAL BOX PACAKGING.
• Kindly mention your Name & Address along with the package.
• You can exchange your product with in 7 days of receiving item.
• Once received and after the quality check we will process your exchange order with in 7-8 working days.
• Please feel free to email us at kottagekulture@gmail.com or chat with us between 9am to 8 pm on all days including weekends.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the size exchange, including the cost to return the original item and the cost to ship the replacement item.

The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs 150. Please Note: customer is requested to send back the order with customer name, address and mobile number on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

WHY IS MY EXCHANGE NOT ACCEPTED?

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material/quality or colour of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

HANDMADE AND NOT MACHINE-MADE
Most of our products are hand-crafted and may have slight human imperfections in color, motifs & texture. We embrace these human imperfections and don't categorize these as defects and penalize our artisans for these true hallmarks of human touch.  The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Kottagekulture.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

• Your request for exchange is placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• The item was not purchased on credit note.

PROCESS

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to exchange your item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer care team at 7742655818 or mail us @kottagekulture@gmail.com
2. Provide your order details and reason for exchange.
3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.
4. Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at the provided address.
5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
6. If the item is approved for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you.

Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that there are certain exceptions to our exchange policy:

• We do not accept exchanges for items that have been exchanged previously.
• Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
• Exchanges are only possible for the same product and not for different items.
• If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for the same value.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or appropriate solution.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

Opening Video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory in both the scenarios otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange

SHIPPING

Once your order is dispatched, it will take approximately 7-8 working days for it to reach you. We strive to ensure timely delivery and provide tracking information for your convenience.

We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return the pair to us at KOTTAGE KULTURE OPPOSITE PAINT SHOP SUBASH ROAD FALNA RAJASTHAN 306116 within 10 Days in its original box packing. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us on kottagekulture@gmail.com for the same. We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.

The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

No Returns & No Exchange on accessories such as pouches, bags and kids accessories.

NO EXCHANGE & NO RETURNS ON SALE PRODUCTS.

Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.

Please Note- During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
